   * updated FSF address
   * change file location for ldm-script binary and rc.d files to /usr/lib/ldm
   * add boolean environment variable LDM_AUTOLOGIN to enable autologin support.

   * merge patch from SZABO Zsolt to fix login using ssh keys: debian #462764
   * LDM_AUTOLOGIN_SERVER allows autologin use a different server
   * merge patches from Ryan Niebur to set ldm theme using LDM_THEME environment
   * merge patches to support rc.d dirs in /etc/ldm/, @libexec@ and
     /usr/share/ldm
   * set timeout to 5 seconds when connecting to ldminfod (patch from Gideon Romm)
   * merge guest login button patches from Ryan Niebur:
     - added LDM_ALLOW_GUEST which enables the button
     - added LDM_GUEST_SERVER which is used as the server for guest logins
     - otherwise, guest logins behave like autologin
  * move distro specific themes to debian dir
  * make ldm ask only once for the password before starting over (LP: #160741)
