There are a regression in Trusty, after a update, the bug appears again, the locale es_MX has the 'copy "es_ES"' estatement in LC_NUMERIC.
It is very important, because as in my case the server sends the float numbers in the format 10,5, 10.5, in the case of Chrome browser, the HTML5 numeric type fields don't display the number causing errors in Web applications.
