  * New upstream version:
    - We require automake >= 1.5 now, so check that we aren't on
      something older
    - Add support for translating DBus service files
    - Preserve encoding of XML comments
    - Improve interaction with use of AM_GNU_GETTEXT
    - Fix two small issues with srcdir != builddir
    - Remove unused variables from configure.in
    - Use $(install_sh) -d instead of $(top_srcdir)/mkinstalldirs
    - Don't substitute some variables in the intltool build
    - Use POSIX sh syntax for Solaris
    - Set the prefix from $0 on win32 systems
    - Remove unneeded compatibility code for autoconf 2.13
    - Remove deprecated INSTOBJEXT variable use
    - Remove use of deprecated GENCAT variable
    - Use AU_ALIAS instead of AC_DEFUN for autoconf and autoupdate
    - Use PACKAGE_NAME instead of AC_PACKAGE_NAME
  * debian/patches/01_encoding-neutrality.patch:
    - fixed with the new version
