The solution can be a bit simplified:
A single file "/etc/ld.so.conf.d/alsa-lib.conf" is enough, with 2 lines in it:
/usr/lib/alsa-lib
/usr/lib32/alsa-lib

I suggest to include it into both 64-bit and 32-bit "pulseaudio" package, for 64-bit systems the second line is not needed.
