  * debain/clean: Remove test/shaping/*.pyc during clean
  * debian/rules: Build static libraries.
  * debian/libharfbuzz-dev.install:
    + Install static libraries (LP: #1385616)
    + Simplify file
  * debian/control: Bumped Standards-Version to 3.9.6
  * Update my email.
