Confirmed over here.

I turn on the computer. The printer shows up as running, but when I print something, the first job (after the reboot) never prints, I have to go to the cups WebUI and "start" the printer. After that, it works great.

Printer: HP LaserJet 1200
Driver: Foomatic/hpijs
Device URI: hp:/usb/HP_LaserJet_1200?serial=00CNCY198362
OS: Gutsy, updated as of this writing.
