I can confirm this by looking in the sources.

gtweakui-galeon.desktop has the icon /usr/share/gTweakUI/g.png configured.

The desktop files gtweakui-menus.desktop, gtweakui-nautilus.desktop, and gtweakui-session.desktop have no icon configured.
