    - Dropped disable-mp4-grouping.dpatch, not neede after the libmp4v2 transition.
    - Fixed remaining patches for this release.
  * debian/rules:
    - Updated gtkpod version for pod2man.
  * debian/control:
    - Updated Standards-Version.
