Launched c6g.metal, a1.metal, and t4g.medium instance with Xenial (20210429) on upgrade of all three I got the following error:

grub-install: error: relocation 0x113 is not implemented yet.
Failed: grub-install --target=arm64-efi
WARNING: Bootloader is not properly installed, system may not be bootable
