  * d/p/TCMALLOC_MAX_TOTAL_THREAD_CACHE_BYTES.patch: Cherry pick fix from
    upstream VCS to allow total thread cache size to be overridden using an
    environment variable, allowing tcmalloc cpu burden when under memory
    pressure to be reduced (LP: #1439277).

 The gperftools, previously called google-perftools, package contains some
 utilities to improve and analyze the performance of C++ programs. This is a
 part of that package, and includes command line utilities.

libgoogle-perftools-dev: libraries for CPU and heap analysis, plus an efficient thread-caching malloc

 The gperftools, previously called google-perftools, package contains some
 utilities to improve and analyze the performance of C++ programs. This
 includes an optimized thread-caching malloc() and cpu and heap profiling
