Comment 10 for bug 400130

It's a little button with a "refresh" icon, at the end of the line where you can set hours/minutes/seconds. But I guess you're missing the fact that it's only shown when in manual time setting mode (since it won't be of any use if ntpd is already synchronizing time on the background).
