Comment 10 for bug 1978798

I've uploaded the version for kinetic. For the SRU, I've updated the test case and regression potential sections because, as the patch now touches u-boot scripts used by several boards (and as the patch does change a fair bit of the u-boot logic, at least in so far as board recognition is concerned) those boards have a regression potential and should be tested against the -proposed version (which I'll upload shortly).
