It appears to be solved in Nightly 21.0a1, however introducing a rendering bug for my third test case.

Test cases:
1. https://www.dropbox.com/home (after logging in) - OK
2. this bug report page - OK
3. http://blog.neverendingo.de/?p=125 - FAIL (still jerky scrolling + rendering bug)

I am using NVidia 310.14 on Ubuntu 12.10 amd64.
