  * debian/control: Drop BDI against gstreamer1.0-doc, that package is not
    built anymore (Closes: #970740)
  * Fix FTBFS with GNU Make 4.3 (Closes: #963302)
  * debian/control: Bump Standards-Version to 4.5.1 (no further changes)
