Comment 30 for bug 631395

Download .deb file, right click it and select 'Extract here'. Now you
have a folder called 'evolution-exchange_2.30.3-2_i382'. Browse in
this folder to usr/lib/evolution/2.30/plugins and voila, there's the
file.
