I'have the same problem. When I have lot of event un google calendar, evolution lost somes events, but event are in web on google calendar.

If I add google calendar with webcalendar (not google) i can see all my events. (but can not write)
If i add the calendar like Google calendar, Evolution lots some of my event.
(Gnome evolution 2.24.3 / intrepid 32bit)
I have lots of event. When I had just few event, there are no problems.
