blkid cache file handling needs to be more selective in who it trusts.
Specifically, if euid != uid, don't let the cache file name come from
the environment. Thanks to Max Vozeler <xam@debian.org> for finding this.

Remove ext3-add-journal.sh script. It overcomplicates the initrd setup,
and the only problem it solves is to prevent a visible /.journal
