  * Resynchronise with Debian. Remaining changes:
    - Adjust versioned emacs22 conflicts to cope with versions in Ubuntu.
    - cputable: Set cpu to i686 for arch i386.
  * Restore optimisations on armel, now that the compiler is believed to be
    fixed (LP: #674146).
