Installed qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-contacts0.1 and qtdeclarative5-qtcontacts-plugin, that gave me the keypad and fixed all the "missing modules" warnings. The former should probably depend on the latter, though?

Dial button is still disabled, presumably because of "No compatible telepathy account found". telephony-service, telepathy-ofono are already installed, so it might indeed be some configuration/gsettings issue that telepathy isn't configured for telephony in this environment.
