OK, I am rejecting this report. I have just installed Kubuntu 20060327 daily CD to check this. I could see both ko_KR.UTF-8 and ko_KR.EUC-KR from the installer's language selection list although I needed to either do installation in expert mode or go back to 1. Choose language from 2. Select keyboard layout in normal mode.
