I can confirm the problem. After the upgrade to 1.0.4+svn26, my crypt partition stopped working.
When doing a "ls /dev/mapper", the crypt device was not listed any more.

Finally, I downgraded to 1.0.3, which resolved the issue.

IMO, this is a highly critical issue, since is rleaves whole partitions unfunctional.
