Quick update: I've now managed to build all the Novacut components against my latest 1.4.0 package in Saucy. Having all the Novacut unit tests pass in the build environment makes me pretty confident about the correctness of the packaging, and the general quality of 1.4.0.
The Novacut Daily PPA now also has a 1.4.0 package for Raring:

I haven't decided whether or not I'll push this out to the Novacut Stable PPA when Novacut 13.08 is released, but I figured this is a way to help it get more testing ASAP.
