Just note.
in my U12.04 on Intel graphic:
- on default wall+expo there is no flickering but
- on cube + rotate yes (+expo)

AND - next Bug:

I can't move window to another viewport with CTRL+ALT+SHIFT.
It seems to be moved but at the and the window disappears (it jumps back to source viewport).
