One of those tests is notoriously racy (so not a regression per say) - you can see that the same test passed on the next run - as this is on armhf, which is not a core target for OpenStack, I'd like not to hold back the release of this SRU into Wily.
Bryan - for the UCA I've moved all of these updates apart from Neutron to updates already. Neutron required a bit more poking due to a build failure prior to testing meaning that we verified the other components against neutron 7.0.0 - this should be resolved shortly.
