  * Rediff patches.
    Drop 0062-Add-space-to-help-break-lines.patch: Upstream fixed
    Drop 0061-Use-bold-font-for-man-pages.patch: Upstream fixed
  * Remove unused sed script.
    This fix script was no more needed because the problem was fixed by
    upstream.
  * Renumber patches
