Comment 2 for bug 613652

Here's the new debian.tar.gz; packaging has undergone an heavy rework:
 * upgrade source format to 3.0
 * switch from dpatch to quilt
 * debian/copyright compliance with DEP-5
 * use of dh script in debian/rules
 * many other improvements and a general better compliance with recent packaging recommendations

A build for Maverick is also available on my PPA:
