As I've written on the Brasero bug (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=655601) it clearly started with Ubuntu 11.04 and it's still here on 11.10, and even with Fedora 16.

I hope someone will have a look, because it happens to everyone using default settings!
