I've added a Conflicts in the new gtksourceview, now the file should be remove
from gtksourceview-sharp

 gtksourceview (1.1.91-0ubuntu1) hoary; urgency=low
...
   * debian/control.in:
     - updated the Conflitcs on libgtksourceview-cil, both have a common .lang
       (Hoary: #5443).
