In Gutsy, its being called "virtualbox": http://packages.ubuntu.com/gutsy/misc/virtualbox and its in universe, so I'm guessing it lacks the non-libre components, like the Debian version...
While on the InnoTek site the PUEL-licensed version is also "virtualbox": http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads
This to me is a confusing situation. Shouldn't the universe version have the same name as the Debian version?
