As an example:
In lp:~ubuntu-on-ec2/vmbuilder/automated-ec2-builds/vmbuilder-cloudimg-fixes upstart configuration files are created for serial consoles with the comment "# written by cloud image build process" and /etc/default/grub.d/50-cloudimg-settings.cfg is created with the comment "# These settings are set by the Cloud Image build process".

These are pretty good but other files are modified without comments added. Consistent case for "cloud image build process" would be nice.
