Hi,

I added a fix in commit 65 of ~bankroot/syncany/bugfix concerning the UI not updated and missing icons.

Regarding the connection settings not applied, I 'll have a look at it. I guess I'll have to find the thread responsible for the connection, read again the config and respawn it. I'm not very familiar with syncany yet, so any hints welcomed.
