 - Use apache mod_rewrite to make 'nice' URLs. This should be on/off option.
 - Add 'theme=xxx' option to URL, use as in:
   http://site.addres.com/index.php&file=frontpage?theme=default
   or
   http://site.addres.com/frontpage&theme=default

* Calling redirect() will refresh the current page, which is need when you need to show a message.

2. I modified the function count_trashcan() in functions.admin.php to counts the contents of the subdirs too

4. I made some modifications on variables.all.php (two new hooks, some new constants)

5. I used some (new) hooks in files:
 data/inc/variables.all.php
 data/inc/page.php
 data/inc/settings.php
 data/inc/theme.php
 data/inc/index.php
 data/inc/trashcan.php

6. I had a problem in install.php: hooks didn't work (in variables.all.php) because the $modules_list[] wasn't defined,
so i inserted a new line in the run_hook() function: if (isset($module_list))

7. I inserted a @ before each session_start(); to supress the Notice... PHP message

8. I replaced require_once() with require() in settings.php for real refresh
