If your on Ubuntu running this in the folder you downloaded pandora.py.patch to should do it:

sudo patch /usr/share/pyshared/pithos/pandora/pandora.py < pandora.py.patch

Anything else, just replace the pandora.py or pandora.py.patch paths.
