Should someone from OpenERP Team change the "importance" of this bug from "Medium" to "Critical" !!!
A precision; the error i get is slightly different: (Document type: Partner, Operation: create) and not Document type: res.users)

But i think it's the same bug.
I get this error when trying to create a user after login with an other user (with full access rights) other than the admin.
I also get the same issue when trying to add a contact, customer or supplier.
I've tested this case with OpenERP 7.0 under Windows and Ubuntu, and get the same error.
Could you please confirm this case.
