I don't know if it's clear for you., i jsut wanted to emphasize on:
1) it's still easily feasible by another way, there is no loss of feature
2) it simplifies the usability and the code not to consider that option as a fourth possibility of the invoicing policy.

Moreover, if you want to invoice after your deliveries but based on the sale order, it means that the guy who push the button to invoice is not the delivery man. It's thus more appropriate to have this option in the salesman application.

For your information, i removed the dead code and corrected the process related to the sale order in order to reflect our position on this point.
