Great, success at last!
I've made the low latency hack the default now, we'll see how it goes. There is some time left for testing until the next release.
I'll leave this bug at "Fix Commited". If you still have problems with CPU usage, reopen it please.

We'll track CPU use when moving the keyboard here:

I currently have no good idea how to fix either of them, though.
