I've attached the reports from my arch linux 64bit system. I used the standard AUR build from the provided 2.3.1 tar.gz from launchpad. However, it may be that I would need to recompile w/ debug flags. For this it would be convenient that you push the 2.3.1 changes to trunk :)

Re Loading Time:
Do you really think that this makes up 30 sec of loading (laptop has SSD)? I'll have a look at a 64 bit wheezy install tonight.
