The biggest problem for now is that I cannot reproduce the issue and
have no idea where the extra crazy memory allocation comes from :-(
Therefore, I will need some memory debugging data from users that
experience the issue.

Nuvola 3.0 will have all "extensions" built-in like NP 2.x, but NP 3.1
should have real extensions as loadable modules.

Although Nuvola Player is a native app, it runs web apps that are
generally more memory hungry, so minimal memory usage will be always
around 200 MB. If you want memory usage bellow 200 MB, you should use
a completely native app instead (e.g. Rhythmbox).
