Alright, some of the USE_NEUTRON stuff that I changed in the original master branch patch had a side effect on some other tests, so I'm just going to have to remove that stuff, and thus redo the patches on stable once that's done. So hold off on sending these patches to people. I'll work on it over the weekend and post them all in a single comment when I'm done and sure they are all passing all unit and functional tests.
