Elena, that document actually says "OpenStack Havana stable release will reach EOL at Juno (N+2) milestone-3" which according to https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Juno_Release_Schedule (and subsequent reality) was several weeks ago. It was effectively extended to a week from this past Tuesday when the final 2013.2.4 stable point release was announced to account for any possible release-related accidents, but I'm planning to delete the branch as early as this coming Tuesday, September 30.
