Simplified the infrastructure, it now only does what it should do. It is based on the simple implementation of J. Oliver (github.com/joliver/eventstore), which is released under the MIT license.

- Removed the old infrastructure of eventsourcing.
- Moved some files to 'correct' locations. (correct as where VS stores the AssemblyInfo.cs)
- Host uses now the Id from IAggregateRoot instead of the HostName to identify itself to events.
