I know https://bugs.launchpad.net/netplan/+bug/1738998/comments/10 says the fix landed in 18.04 but I am running 18.04 and when I use Virt-Manager to Clone an existing Ubuntu VM... that new VM gets the same IP address as the original VM still.

So did it into 18.04.02 ???
