- Fix compile with official FDroid (using Android SDK 16, instead of SDK 17)
- Minor layouts tweaks
- Update some icons (previous / next / erase / play and main menu) to better fit.

Cupcake:
- Add missing setOnClickListener() on some buttons (Android 1.5/1.6)
- Lots of warning fix (and lots of warning hidden too ;-) )
