- TokenOutlierReportBuilder for summative report detailing interesting changes in Token usage
- More sophisticated methods of token extraction (allowing non-tokenisation of common type names)

- Changed ClassMetricData extraction phase to store name -> type pairing for fields
- Moved tokenising functionality from StringUtil to TokenReportUtil

- Changed calculation of GUI classes to use IS_GUI EClassMetricName as a flag instead of GUI_DISTANCE
