Weird. I went ahead and added an fflush() call at a lower level, just in
case PyFile_AsFile(file_obj) doesn't sync properly with
file_obj.flush(). I don't know if you have a way to trigger the problem,
but maybe you could try with trunk@141 and see if the problem goes away?
(Basically, try with @140 and see if you can trigger it, and @141 and
see if it doesn't.)
