Comment 13 for bug 1916860

merge request opened; it looks like setting the cipher list using ipmitool has never worked; I guess since the default is to set the cipher acls with bmc-config it didn't come up before. Maybe this box is one of those where bmc-config doesn't properly show the ipmi cipher list.
