Can you describe what you mean by not working? Code is erroring? DNS still missing? What type of delay did you wait for?

1. Can you confirm that you are running with the patch?
2. You should get a log entry saying DNS was reloaded? Can you check the logs to see if that occurs when the fail over occurs.
