After install MAAS vanilla without any additional configuration or any extra repository and
MAASBuild-in proxy the error persist.

In addition the fix suggested in #12 works for MAAS 2.3 but NOT for MAAS 2.4

Configuration:

- Maas 2.4.2

- cloud-init --version
