The goal here is to set it on the fabric which will set it on every interface that is connected to that Fabric in MAAS. This helps the user by not requiring them to go to every interface in MAAS and setting the MTU.
Still need to determine if the MTU can be different inside of a tagged VLAN in a Fabric. In that case the MTU needs to be set on the VLAN object instead of the Fabric object.
