Of course this is a different xmlrpc (the internal dc one) to the
other aspect of the bug.
It looks like there is some substantial delay inside lp.codehosting
itself, and also some out-of-process delay talking to the database via
xmlrpc.
I wonder if we have, or could get, some logging showing how long those
calls take in production. Or perhaps we could get a losa to execute a
similar call and measure it.
If you want to pull on this string you can but you're not obliged.
